  • Purchased a brand new Toyota Camry from this dealership and was promised a particular option on the vehicle. Didn't realize the option was not equipped when driving off the lot. Spoke with the salesperson and the management team and we were not able to come to an acceptable compromise. The car was negotiated to a decent price after about 3 hours and with the standard options included, I was happy with that part. Otherwise, the salesperson was not that versed in the car or others areas the car buying experience. The overall experience left me wanting more and I would not recommend, there are much better Toyota dealerships in the area, but for the purpose of this review I will not mention them. Be sure to ask plenty of questions and get everything verified or in writing, do not take the salesperson's word for anything and if you don't feel comfortable...walk or drive away to a dealership that will treat you as you deserve to be treated.
