  • If I could leave zero stars, I would. Be very careful and review your paperwork line by line and ask for explanations. I will never consider them for any purchase. The initial purchase paperwork I received after numerous rounds of negotiations showed a trade "allowance" (trade value plus tax credit when we negotiated straight up trade in value and not told them not to include any tax savings) and inflated sales tax line, which was incorrect considering the price difference between the vehicles. The salesperson stated in a text that "the contract you would sign discloses the matter in an itemized breakdown." So they show you one document that is not correct, then have you sign something else that explains how it wasn't correct. Needless to say, I did not fall for this and reported it to their customer advocate manager.
