  • STAY AWAY! I am an avid used car buyer and there are so many shady things about this dealership! Yes the car will seem perfect online and glorious in the pictures but most of their cars have flaws. Trust me they are the type of people that will say they disclose any issues they know about upfront but don't follow through. Many of these issues are so obvious to the naked eye I doubt they didn't just OVERLOOK them especially given that they are in this business and have mechanics on staff as well. if you do a simple online search for reviews you will see evidence of their dishonesty everywhere! The owner Scott Bibb and his staff have canned responses/excuses for everything. "Cars have many moving and non-moving parts..." "We buy lots of cars wholesale so we don't have time to inspect them and that's why we have SUCH GREAT PRICES :)" Okay but there are other businesses just like yours without tons of negative reviews. What are they doing different? I was shocked to see the owner arguing back and making uncalled for attacks against other reviewers. Karma will get them back and what comes around goes around. Oh and next time try to have someone other than your own SON leave a positive fake review under his name! The employees sales tactics are straight from the 70s or 80s and not what today's classy car dealers do. First, I submitted an offer on eBay without providing any contact information and they used the member contact database (which is supposed to be to resolve serious or very important issues) to call me without my permission. This caused confusion with my family members because the number registered there was not my direct number. They acted like the car would vanish if I did not put down a deposit. When I would make offers on the car through eBay's system (so everything is recorded) they would call me and negotiate with me verbally. Next, they tried to change the price on me when they sent me the buyer agreement form. Then, I found out that they had ended the listing early without confirming me as the buyer to avoid paying eBay's listing fees and even after I put down a deposit and was promised the listing would be removed, they placed another listing up (I checked the timestamp) to try to find other people to sell the car to. Once I got to the dealership I was left sitting there waiting multiple times for rediculous lengths of time and ignored to pressure me into buying the car. This whole process took the ENTIRE day. I tried to make honest fair negotiations in good faith about the price to make up for undisclosed issues I discovered with the car. They definitely would not budge on the price and be fair to me, they wanted every penny they could get. The car had no air conditioning and to replace the part with a used one would have cost $600 without labor included. Despite this, they made me pay the original price we negotiated before I drove out there. To add insult to injury the salesman even mentioned that he "drove the car for a couple of weeks and it was great except for his wife complaining about the air conditioning". DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THIS ISSUE NOW DID WE? Vehicle issues aside, their customer service stinks! Calls went unanswered, voicemails unreturned, and they were very slow to complete title paperwork which caused a huge hassle being an out-of-state buyer. I was constantly fearing getting pulled over because I could NOT register my vehicle without the title. The temporary license plate was not fastened to the car properly so it fell off less than an hour after leaving the dealer. Lastly, the sales person Katie is a conniving you know what. Not trying to be rude but that's the truth. It's clear to me, the person who I went with to the dealership, and the reviewers (she gets mentioned a lot LOL). From the start I got a lot of bad vibes from her, she's the type that smiles in your face, says "yes OK, everything is perfect" on one side but as soon as you don't want to play their ball game and you hear the "let me check with my boss" with a smirk..PLEASE just turn and run the other way as fast as you can!
