  • Terrible experience - dropped off prescription after an urgent care visit. They advised it would be 20 minutes. After 40 minutes they advised another 15. Meanwhile they continued to wait on new customers and put them before someone that was waiting for 40 minutes. After an hour they advised it would be ANOTHER 30-60 minutes. They called for manager help but she never came. When I chose to walk out without my antibiotics, I voiced my displeasure with the manager. Her response was "did they say why it took so long"? Maybe if you had helped it wouldn't have.
