  • Worst bank ever!!! System down and they could not access our account so they utilized the Overdraft Option and charged us 21 times at $38 each!!! Refused to reinstate the fees, branch manager lied about system being down to my husband, accused me of cussing out a teller, which I did not, and then called my husband this afternoon to let him know that we are no longer wanted as customers and they are closing our SEVEN Accounts....2 of which are BUSINESS ACCOUNTS! They make promises to get your business and then renege on them....Charge a $38 overdraft fee instead of declining a transaction as we have asked them NUMEROUS times to do....Great way to make (steal) money! Completely incompetent personnel! Rude and forever changing! New Branch Mangers constantly.....on the 5th one since we brought out business there 3 years ago! Drive thru takes at least 10-15 minutes to make deposits....ridiculous! Bring back Cynthia Taylor!
