  • We bought 7 appliances here and I was amazed at the prices for such beautiful pieces! However the problems start if you have any issues. If you can't take them right away the owner charges you for storage or he will sell them out from under you, and if they don't work, well you are pretty much screwed. I have 2 pieces that aren't working and he tried to say that we could have broken them so why would he refund the money??? Are you crazy? I was so happy in the beginning; I would have recommended this place to everyone, now I will tell everyone to stay far away from this place. He does not handle his business ethically or responsibly. We are reporting this place to the better business bureau as we speak.*** ***UPDATE**** Had an opportunity to deal with Marcus ( the other owner). He was gracious enough to refund our money for the 2 appliances that did not work! Even though we have had some issues with this company, I have still recommended this place to many people. The selection is still amazing and the prices are great. My experience is just my experience. I think the owners are learning about their business and how to better handle problems as they arise.
