Close to home is my reason for coming here. Parking is sparse close to the studio. There is parking in the lot across the road but I have heard that people got tickets for parking there because it is only for customers of the businesses in the plaza.
The classes are usually crowded and the studio seems to have moisture issues as the floor is buckled in a few spots and they stuff towels under some of the doors and windows.
There are problems with the lockers not working properly and I've seen staff several times have to come and open a locker for clients. For this reason, I do not use the combination locks provided. Unfortunately, you cannot use your own lock so don't bring any valuables if you do not want to ruin you chi with faulty locks.
You are required to remove your shoes before coming into the reception area. The entrance where you leave your shoes is not heated and the floor is wet and dirty in winter, so I bring a pair of flip flops so that I do not get my socks all wet. Wet socks freeze up your chi too, you know. Then your right back where you started.
Although the staff here are nice, the highway 7 location is way better imho.
