  • I am a new homeowner and was set up with Arizona home insurance by my closing company. After a few weeks of me living in my new home I received a cancellation letter because my dog is a pitbull mix, which they don't cover. It sucks to come home to a letter of cancellation without any other heads up that this was happening. I had only a short amount of time to find a new insurance company and when I called Arizona home insurance I talked to several people who were not very helpful. I eventually talked to someone who knew what was going on and explained the issue. Apparently they canceled my insurance and then created a new policy to go through the year without letting me know. By that time I had already bought new home insurance and now I have been dealing with Arizona home insurance to get the money back that they owe me. The issue is still not resolved.
