  • Although I brought my car in at 12:50pm for an oil change I received my car back at 2:14pm However, the customer service here is why I gave them 5 stars. The front lady in the waiting room was very friendly and nice and made sure I was taken care of before leaving. Travis Kernats was very helpful as well. On more than on occasion I had (random) staff ask me if I was taken care of or if they could help and I liked that. The time for the oil change is lengthy but this is a dealership so I understand there's a lot of people so my suggestion would be to drop your car off and go somewhere (they do provide transportation if you need it with no cost I believe) but overall happy with the customer service. Thank you guys :) I appreciate it.
