So I was referred to this gun store wannabe by a very reputable shop in town. I called them before wasting my time driving there. My honest opinion is that any store should train personnel or hire trained personnel. The guy that answered the phone was a complete waste of space. I tried explaining to him what I needed which was an RMR and was inquiring about at least 5 times. I think he finally understood what I was referring to and said no. Before hanging up I heard him say that they do some other stuff which is not even related to what I inquired about. Complete waste of 5 minutes on the phone. Thank God I called and didnt waste my time driving. Then look at the response from management, "Thick Accent" sounds like a racist comment to cover up a mistake. If you want exact details the employee that answer the phone sounded like he was on a 420 cloud. Sorry, cant speak with that accent. But instead of using racist comments to use as an excuse, management should take the time to train employees on their products and the line of work they do. Shop owner should give management some diversity training to avoid racist comments as the one left by the shop manager.
