  • i am so utterly disappointed and irritated that i even spent $80 for 2 tickets (thanks groupon!) to this horribly planned and even more horribly executed event. when an event advertises that it will be running from 8pm-11pm, one would assume that showing up at 9pm would ensure an ample amount of time to sample at least 70% of the offerings. well, you know what they say about assuming things....ass-u-me. by the time we arrived, to our dismay, there were only 4 stations still open and serving food, out of the 20 or so that we were incredibly excited to try. each line was a minimum wait of 30 minutes so, 2 hours later, we had sampled 3 dishes...each a mere bite. $40 per person for 3 bites each. my disappointment far outweighed my satisfaction at this point. the only thing we could figure was that they all ran out of food. how ridiculous is it for such a highly advertised and completely overpriced event full of "celebrity" chefs to run out of food an hour into the event!!!?? i most certainly do not see myself attending this event in the future should they decide to return to las vegas. two massively disappointing thumbs down!
