Waited 30min+ in the Pogo Pass line while they let cash/credit customers jump to the front. The process they have takes forever, but even worse when they only have one person running it!
Lots of very ghetto people on their staff...mainly ticket counter and restaurants. Lifeguards were a mix of happy/outgoing/helpful and lethargic/bored/unhappy people. A couple in particular were super nice, hence 2 stars and not 1.
Would it kill them to redo their cooldeck? My feet are seriously in pain.
