Does anyone really enjoy going to a car dealership? This isn't going to be a review about how this dealership is a Shangri-la with the world's nicest salesmen who would never screw you over. But to me, it's a bit of a rave review because after working with them through a handful of cars and a number of years, I can say mostly nice things about them. Their sales department has always kept the BS to a minimum, and I've always flown through the finance department in under 20 minutes, with nary an attempt to tack on worthless extras or play bait & switch games. Their used prices are generally pretty high, but that's true for most certified cars. Speaking of expenses, the service department has always been excellent, albeit costly. If you don't mind the baggage that comes with a BMW (presumptions about social status and driving ability, in addition to the aforementioned prices), you could do a lot worse than this place.
