  • I don't remember the last time I've been so disappointed as a first-time client. I purchased a Groupon to this place and made my appointment. I came early. There were TWO people working on a Saturday and 4 ladies who were getting services at various stages. I don't understand why they overbook when they're short-staffed. Two of the employees told me "couple minutes" which turned into over 25-minute? wait. I just left. First of all, thanks for making me waste parking money and time and not able to find another place on a Saturday. Secondly, to management, please hire employees who don't look so miserable being there. One employee looked liked she rolled out of bed and came to work. I'd like to think that working in the beauty industry you'd be required to show your best self- not looking like a slob. Terrible.
