  • We had to wait for over an hour for the mid-size SUV to be at the Surprise AZ office, and then it turned out to be a Jeep. The employee had kept telling us the car would be there any minute. We went through that routine several times. The lady insisted it was a mid-size, but a few days later when an Enterprise rep called he referred to it as "small".
