Well Christina that wasn't exactly the case I never swore at your repairman he's the one that we told him we would pay for the hinges that's why he had them with him he put them in and the minute I said you told us it was for both doors and bait-and-switch was mentioned do you remove the new hinges put the old ones back didn't say anything till he wanted me to sign the form your company has no customer service none of you have any respect for customers and I guess my hour and 45 minutes of waiting for him to complete my oven as well as breaking wine glasses above the oven was okay you clearly have a skewed idea of customer service I will never ever have you people in my house again as well as I've told everybody I can. When you come for the thermostat you would given us a quote for one door not to and I sit in my house waiting for a repairman to finish for an hour and 45 minutes and he puts the old one back on because he's afraid we're going to turn him in for bait and switch which is exactly what he did that's what happens when you're not a reputable company good luck Christina
