  • ****BEWARE**** If I could give this company NEGATIVE stars I would. The other review is right on point! First of all let me start by saying that I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. It was the most stressful move of my life. I called to set up an appointment for movers. Based on the Craigslist add I thought these people looked legit. I spoke with Sandy and let her know what I was needing to have moved. Based on what I told her she said it sounded like a three man job, and that it would be $75/hr for three men and the truck. I said okay and set up the appointment. She said that she would go ahead and give me the 10% discount even though I didn't reserve online. On the day of my move the guy called me at 9:24a and said he was at the gate. I got a call from my brother around 10:45a once they had gotten to the new place. He let me talk to the mover who proceeded to tell me that the owner wanted $500 for the move. I was in complete shock. The mover then told me that he told "Mike" that it wasn't fair and the owner brought it down to $400. I spoke to Sandy again who told me that there was a $50 "trip fee", which to me is a bunch of BS. The web site as well as the Craigslist add said NO HIDDEN FEES, NO HOUR MIN, and NO TAX. Sandy tried to tell me that it states on both the web site and Craigslist add about the "trip fee". I looked at both again, and it does not say ANYTHING about a "trip fee". FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! The mover said it was a two man job and he didn't know why the owner was acting like that. Needless to say I ended up paying $300 for a two hour job, of which 40 minutes was me arguing with them about the price. They told me that if I didn't pay the $300 they would keep my stuff left in the truck until I did. This is a shady moving company, and you would have to be a complete idiot to use them. Oh yeah, Sandy also never gave me the 10% discount. I will be putting in a complaint to the BBB as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
