So glad they finally decided to branch out to Phoenix instead of just loving-up the mountain people of Prescott & Sedona.
Has all the great stuff as you see in other Natural Grocers: the area where you can sit and dine if you buy something, microwave, all that.
Really hoping they'll last with the kind of odd location they picked up at Scottsdale & Thunderbird near the airport. Add to that the fact that not one of the staff really said anything to me when I was in. I'd really ramp up talking to customers and telling them what this store's all about with all the empty parking spaces out front. The one male cashier said nothing when I asked if he was open; instead, he angrily put what he was doing away, and reluctantly started to ring me out. Subsequent visits have been more pleasant, but I'm still surprised at the lack of customer engagement for such a sparsely-populated grocery store.
Oh, and if you're going to shop you have to bring your own bag as they have none. I knew that going in, but I could see it surprising people.
