  • Run ... don't walk from this company. We should have ended our service but it was hard to give up the salt system. Yet after so many problems, we ended their service. Any company that gives a "bonus" to the weekly service techs for hitting a target dollar amount in recommended repairs is corrupt. They are the ONLY ones that touch our pool equipment and something is always being broken and needing repair. It encourages breakage and not taking care of equipment properly. Their techs, no lie, spent about 5 minutes on their visits (I started watching them) and do not backwash nearly as often as needed. This would take too long ... Techs are paid per pool and not hourly ... RUN RUN RUN. And if you are in need of repairs, go somewhere else. Their markups are unbelievable.
