  • We had a consult at agave pediatrics over two weeks ago. We decided to go ahead and do the tongue tie release procedure. Everything went great! Baby only needes meds for 3 days, we have been doing exercises everyday to avoid reattachment. We saw Dr.A today and my sons symptoms caused from the tie have been greatly reduced by at least 80%!!! The symptoms we have dealt with since birth are reflux, very slow weight gain, popping on and off breast with nursing, falling asleep at the breast, not being able to fully drain the breast and lots of gas. If your having any of these symptoms including nipple pain, poor latch or any other symptoms please go see Dr. A!!! My ped didnt diagnose the tongue tie but i knew something was wrong!!!!! We are so grateful for this Dr!!!!
