| - Downtown Las Vegas. There can't be that much of a line out here, right? Right? Ri....ght...?
Wrong. It's not on the strip, but that doesn't mean this place ain't poppin'. Expect to wait it up, even when you think everyone else should be hungover. It's good here. Worth the wait? That might depends on how sober, hungry, and patient you are.
The portions are grand, make no mistake. Initially I thought the pricing was a tad extreme considering the location, but you certain stretch your dollar more than you would where I'm from, Santa Monica. Luckily enough, the recipes are decent as well. And yeah, I got one of the more popular dishes around, the truffled egg sandwich. The bacon is a bit of a detractor in my opinion, but whatevs. People love their bacon.
Parking isn't too bad either, which is a major plus. Streets are about $2/hr, and spots aren't terribly rare.
Make your way over. That is, if you're willing. Vegas still awaits.
GOOD: big portions, good food
OKAY: service could be a tad slow even though it wasn't full
BAD: recipes can be hit & miss
