  • I ordered a king Cesar wrap on flat bread.. The king Cesar wrap item comes with a side.. I paid $7.49 for the wrap but got a different bread. (I order the same thing every time I come to tropical smoothie and I get the side because I'm paying the price of the wrap.. Even though the price of flat bread is $4.99) so tonight I ordered my same order and the kid that took my order refuses to give me the side. This is about principle at this point! Very horrible customer service!! I even tipped this brat .. Which made me instantly regret it. So this kid made me pay $1.25 for a bag of chips when it should have already been apart of my order because I paid the higher price.. Last time I came here and I ordered a smoothie.. I had to throw it out cuz it tasted like moldy fruit.. I'm so annoyed and angry at this poor customer service! I'm done.. I'm not coming back to this location.. And I only came here cuz it's by my work and there are t many options this late at night.. So I hope they are happy to lose a customer over something so small to them.. This location doesn't operate like every other tropical smoothie in town I guess!
