  • Lines are horrible. 45 minute wait. All the other rental companies had no waiting lines. Be wary of the upgrade. We booked a small car and they insisted on giving us an upgrade and charging more. Started out at just $90 more-- we said no. Then low and behold they had another car for $52 more. At this point I just said give us the car. They know you have been waiting long and are tired. They will try and wear you down. We should have stuck to our guns and gone for the one we booked.
