  • I bought a new higher end espresso machine and wanted to take advantage of the feature to plumb it into my house water source. After trying a couple of local plumbers, I was worried they didn't know much about espresso machines. A plumber friend in Seattle said to contact commercial plumber so I searched and found Red Rock Coffee Outfitters. I called and owner Patrick clearly knew exactly what I was talking about. I am an old barista so I know my coffee. He not only knows his coffee. He knows his machines. Such a pleasant guy! He verified my parts list and we wrangled around our schedules and he came out and efficiently got things done. He talked to me about the filter he installed and things to do to understand when to change, how to determine if it's the right filter system for me etc. he also fully explained why each of the things he did were necessary or what they accomplished. Fluently conversant in coffee, machines, and plumbing. He is going to be my go to guy for all things related to service and installation of my coffee setup forever!
