  • Very disappointed with our stay for many reasons: Room was not clean upon arrival (no toilet paper and there was "hair" on bathroom floor. Called the front desk and they were rude. Pool we wanted and planned on going to was in middle of a chemical shock treatment so we couldn't go. Went to the pool on Saturday and that lasted 10 minutes. The band was extremely loud for such a small pool area we couldn't even talk and we were at other side of pool (no we are not old) We paid top dollar in off season and had tons of other options at 5 star resorts in the area. I would of went elsewhere.
