| - After a couple visits...Chatime is a great place to study or whatever it is you gotta do. It has a menu, with lots to choose from, the lighting, the spacious layout, cute decor, and a pretty friendly staff. So far I've tried the taro milk, iced lychee green tea, and their oolong milk tea which each drink has disappointed. You can adjust your drinks in regards to sweetness and amount of ice.
3 stars for me because even with their basic drinks, it fell short in flavor for us. Adjusting it's sweetness isn't the remedy. Also, bummer for people like me as they do not offer any milk substitutions. The only reason it is a 3 is because their menu does have options, love their layout as it is nicely spaced out, open and bright, and the staff during each visit was patient and friendly.
One thing that drove me nuts each visit was the music! We had to talk over the music! It was sooo dang loud. So loud we literally stopped talking or had choppy convos. Like, I swear it felt with each visit once it turned 9pm they purposely crunk the music up. Doesn't help too if you're seated along the benched wall....because the volume is super amped on that end. They may need to regulate the volume or adjust where the hell they situated the speakers, but our group was pretty peeved.
But if you would like to knock it off your list, feel free to do so. There are surely a vast amount of options on Spring Mountain of such menu.
Definitely kid and stroller friendly!
Enjoy!
