  • Jim was great to work with. Very prompt to reply to messages and gave great advice when at my house helping me decide what type of system to install. He didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, in fact helped me understand that there were some things I didn't need. That right there gets 5 stars as far as I'm concerned. Installation was quick and professional and I've had no trouble with the system that i've had for a few months.
