  • Excellent customer service. They shortened a watch band for me and gave me an appraisal on a custom made engagement ring (made by another jeweler in Shadyside) for free. There were several issues with the quality of the ring and they were very honest in telling me what was wrong and that I should go back to the jeweler to complain. I did just that and had it recreated. They appraised the ring again and thankfully most of the issues had been addressed. If it was not for them I would have kept the original, faulty ring. If I could go back in time I would have had them create my engagement ring instead of the jeweler in Shadyside. I plan to go back to them to purchase my wedding bands in the next month or so.
