  • I generally love this place and have been a customer for years, but when I'm told it's open until 3:30pm on Saturdays and then find a handwritten sign on the door saying they close at 1pm, it means I can't get my clothes for a business trip and they've lost my business. If I can't count on when you are open, there's no point.
