  • Today I was running late for a movie so I'm a big hurry. I needed 2 items. Jerry, a Frys employee, leaded me to the salsa and I didn't know Frys has two locations for salsa. So he walked me to both. He walked me to the cat food saving me over 10 minutes. I made the movie all because of Jerry, an employee who has been employed at Frys for over a year. Jerry is polite and went that extra step to provide excellent customer service! Thank you Jerry??
