  • My family member came here on 7/12/2016 at 4PM because of a hand injury. At first the doctors said she would need pain medication and that I would have to pick her up. When I got here, they changed their mind. I find this completely inconsiderate of my time. I wasted a trip to this hospital because of the indecision of the staff. This has left a very bad impression for me and I will not be visiting this ER
