  • I have stayed at Double Tree's all over the US and by far this one exceeded my expectations! The front desk was awesome, and they seemed to have a constant smile, and super friendly. We got our warm cookies, and while they were checking us in the normal small talk and gave us a list of places to go while we were out there. Granted, not to many places aside for business because we were in the middle of a winter storm. The room was great, the breakfast in the morning was nothing short of awesome. Here is the best part of the whole trip which meant a lot to me. The last day we were there, we got all of our luggage and had to drive to the airport in the snow.... I live in Phoenix and 50 degrees is a cold front!! Plus we do not even see snow aside for what we see on TV ;o) There was a guy from the hotel out there helping customers clear off the snow on their vehicles, scrape their windshields, and make sure they were ok to drive off. I have never seen this kind of customer service from any other hotel. They went above and beyond to ensure the customers were taken care of.
