  • Sad to do this, but it must be done...review update!!! The past two times I have been to this location, my food has been a terrible disappointment. I get the same thing every single time. How can it be messed up?! It's so simple...I don't get it. Rigatoni with spicy marinara. The last visit was the worst. The sauce has been watery and bland with not a hint of spice. It even looked lighter red than normal and was so thin. I didn't even finish more than a few bites. The time before that, I sent my food back and the waitress said "you probably won't get a discount because the owner is cheap"....ok, what?! First off, I don't complain for a discount, second...if my meal sucks it sucks. So this last time I made no mention of the depressing sauce because I didn't feel like dealing with it. The bread was also doughy and gross....barely warm. It was not even 1PM!!! I might have to continue my love for Italian at one of the other locations, which sucks because they are further away. Big let down!! And money wasted.
