  • I've been debating for several weeks before writing this review. I've been going to this shop for many months now (with somewhat mixed results) and while I like them personally they made a mistake so enormous it can't be overlooked. I went to them in the beginning of Jan '17 with an oil leak. They examined my car for an hour and change when I was told I had a bad head gasket. The fix would range between $2,500 - $4,500 depending on how much risk I was willing to take. Well, that was 3 months and 2,500 miles ago. I since received a second opinion at the dealership (not that they're perfect but the above money requires a second opinion). It turned out to be the oil pan for $290. Mistakes happen but the dealership found the problem, in short order, & fixed it. The folks at Purrfect would have blown a hole in my budget for the rest of the year - and for nothing!
