I paid a year in advance, then this gym closed without warning or reimbursement for members who signed up in advance. No e-mails were sent, no letters were sent in the mail nothing. I wanted to give the owner a chance to make this right so I e-mailed him and asked him to reimburse me for the remainder of the time on my contract before writing this review. It's been over a week and he hasn't responded to my e-mail. Anybody know what legal recourse we have here?
