  • The staff was very friendly and very courteous but I have to say my wax job was the worst experience of my life. The actual waxing hurt but nothing out of the normal but the pain after, maybe 5 hours later, was excruciating!! I had my wax at 4pm and I was up all night because of the pain & into the next morning. While the pain was there, there were no marks, just red. When the pain went away the following day it resulted in deep red burn looking marks all over my bikini area. 3 days after my wax I had bruises which then turned to scarring- which then peeled and now probably ending with permanent scar. It's been 2 weeks and still have marks. 100% never going back.
