This dealership (specifically the service department) is not worthy of any stars. My family and I have purchased cars from Berge Ford for the last 30 years but after numerous major issues with the service department we will never be back. We will tell everyone we know to beware of this business and to never trust them with your car.
One year ago I dropped off my car for a routine maintenance service that was going to take a few days to complete. Halfway through the first day my husband went up to get something off my key ring and my car was NO where to be found. The service agent I was dealing with could not be found and my car was unaccounted for for an entire hour before it showed back up. At that point I said I would never be back but have give them two more times to make things right with me. Today was the final straw. Yesterday the inside driver side door would not open. I immediately called them up to check my information and that exact service had been done 1 year ago by them. The lady told me that if it was the same issue it would be fully covered under warranty. So I made an appointment for first thing this morning. When I arrived today all of a sudden they could not find any record that I had that service completed by them one year ago. They were not willing to make it right with me and even though I had purchased an extended warranty it was 4 months expired. So I left extremely frustrated that they lied to me yesterday and then today we're not willing to make it right. I also left with a driver side door that will not open. I will NEVER step foot in this place again and I would strongly urge everyone out there to go elsewhere.
