  • I have been treated with Southwest medical for over 10 years. When I called for an appointment today, I was told that they have no appointments until January and maybe it was better that I contacted my member services department and find a different provider beside Southwest medical. I requested that the doctors office give me a call as soon as possible and the individual I talked to did not seem very happy about that.
