  • This experience is getting worse and worse. I wanted a refund for the flooring and went through visa to get it. They responded by offering to redo the carpet but I do not want them in my home. The install and subsequent redo of the seams was awful. How can I trust their installation at the point. Then he said we could have a full refund if we give them the flooring back by Jan. 15th. How in the world could we pack up and move all our stuff in that short of time. Then they offered us $1500 back. what a slap in the face. I would never do business with this place ever again!!!!
