| - I don't usually give bad reviews, but this time, I just really have to say something. I desperately needed a new bra for quite some time. I read reviews on this place and told my husband about it. He decided to get me a gift card for Christmas. Last week was the first chance I got to go and try on bras. I was excited because I really needed this! So my mom, me, and the babe went in right around opening. The lady working there was kind of off putting right when we walked in. My mom made a joke about bras never being comfortable, and instead of just laughing it off, this lady gave us a 5 minute lecture about how bras can be comfortable and how we just needed to find the right thing. Okay, lady, thanks for making us feel uncomfortable. I decided to just let it roll off my back and told her what I was looking for. She brought me to the back to measure me and hurried through that. She didn't even measure the right areas. She measured my waist. She gave me a size and while I know that is not my size, I decided to go with it because I feel like a lot of places differ on bra sizes. Well, guess who was right? SHE MEASURED ME 6 INCHES LESS THAN WHAT I REALLY AM. I had to try on bra after bra creating fat in places I didn't even know I had fat in. She kept trying to sell me something that I didn't want because what I did want, of course, wasn't in stock. All while this is going on, she made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her, like she had more important things to do, even though we were the only people in the store. She was extremely rude to my mom and was following her around the store(while I'm trying on bras) like my mom was going take something (also keep in mind that my mom was carting around a toddler). We ended up leaving bra-less. Overall, it was a terrible experience and we ended up going across the freeway to JCPenny's and finding a ton of things. Basically, I was ready to fork over a ton of money for an awesome bra, and all I got was a wasted hour with a super rude person. Guess I won't be using my gift card at your store, which freaking sucks. So thanks!
