  • Arrived this morning around 645am asked for hot white mocha and bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich. After 10 min the girl gave me my drink but was sitting in drive thru window for 5 min before she realized it was for carry out. It was slightly cold and tasted nowhere near a white mocha. When i asked where my sandwich was a young lady said she was tossing in oven now. 5 more minutes goes by she gives me the bag and I go my merry way. By the time I reach my destination 5min later. Sandwich is cold as ice it was never even heated just tossed in a bag. The store had 5 to 6 people working at the time and I know that this store gets busy but the mgr (girl) was scolding a guy on what he should be doing. Sorry this will be the last time i waste my hard earned money on a lousy store.
