I felt it necessary to provide an update to my previous review regarding my issue with Tiffany and the fillers she injected into my tear troughs. After posting my review, Susan Van Dyke reached out very promptly and asked me to please call and schedule a time to meet with her. I was very pleased to see the business owner reply so quickly. When I called the office the receptionist was able to get me in almost immediately, and seemed to be expecting my call. When I met with Dr. Van Dyke she was kind and friendly and apologized for the unfortunate experience I had with her nurse practitioner. She examined me, heard my concerns, and agreed that my right eye was under filled. She offered to fix the problem at no cost to me, which was incredibly generous and something I never expected to be offered. I must say seeing a business owner rectify a problem so quickly and gracefully was truly appreciated, and when many could just write off one upset customer, Dr. Van Dyke choose to reach out and find a solution. It's been a process but my goal of filling my hollow eyes is being achieved.
