  • Absolute worst gel manicure! I decided to try this place so that I didn't have to drive all the way to my usual spot. Big mistake! Even after I explained that I just got my acrylic nails off 2 weeks ago and to please be gentle, she barely soaked the gel off and just scraped and scraped at my nails. Her polishing skills were horrible. She was so busy talking to other people and in a hurry that she didn't even let the light completely cure my nails after each coat. When they ended up looking horrible she blamed it on my nails! Is she kidding? Does she actually think I have not had my nails done for years? I love how they blame it on everything except themselves. Another lady came back when I was there because the nails she had done the day before were already lifting. Guess what? It was her fault too! Then the employees actually got into a shouting match. It was horribly uncomfortable and very unprofessional. I was completely embarrassed as I took my visiting mother for a relaxing manicure. Should have made the drive to my normal place. Definitely will not be back!
