  • I felt taken advantage of. I also didn't like that they just are terrible with up keep. I kept having to ask for stuff that should have been there. They just don't pay attention. Steam room had water coming out from the bottom of the door I almost slipped twice and hurt my ankle. I moved from California and was a regular at a well known spa there, I guess I have to keep looking. I really wish this would have worked for me. I didn't get my full facial, the lady who gave me the facial must have thought I didn't read what came with my facial. *sigh* so upsetting.
