  • I know I'm spoiled when it comes to Michaels because of the new, spacious one with employees who gave a damn we had close by us on the west side of LA. Now that I've returned to living in Boulder City full time the one most easily accessible is on Stephanie. There was one employee on the floor that I asked where they kept hand soap and she gave me an aisle number as I told her that the restroom did not have ANY soap in it. She totally did not care and simply walked away as I went in search of what she said was on aisle 31, where it was not. My plan was to get some soap and return to the restroom and wash my hands. It was nowhere to be found nor was she any longer. As I checked out I told the young woman at the register about the nasty bathroom and no soap also. Bottom line...handicap stall had the roll of toilet paper laying on the floor (I picked it up out of concern for others). Not a single working soap dispenser, no bottle of liquid or even a bar anywhere. This is so gross as employees can only rinse with cold water, no hot and no soap. Needless to say, my last trip to this Michaels.
