  • When we started our relationship with Terra Staffing about 1 year ago and they sent a few decent candidates. However, over the last 6 months they began to send us warm bodies, not qualified candidates that had what I would call basic requirements (resume, show up on time for an interview, dressed in clean shorts/or jeans, and no facial tattoos). This is very disappointing as are hiring temp employees that we want to "test drive" and bring on full time with in 2 to 12 weeks. Therefore, I would not recommend them unless you are just looking for "day laborers"
