  • I come here all the time and usually it's nothing to write about. The service is always meh but the food is pretty good and I live close so I come back. But this time the service was just awful. We came in at 8:30, and sat down. We ordered maybe 5 minutes later. All we got was hummus and lentil soup. They dropped the food off and then didn't check up on us. We needed pita bread and had to flag someone down for it. Then I needed an iced tea refill but again no one came to check on us. All I saw was Gina standing at the counter a lot. Gina came to drop our bill off and asked if we needed anything else and I told her how disappointed we were with the service and that yes I did need a refill and even more pita bread (they give a lot of hummus and not a lot of bread). She goes on to inform me that we walked in when the kitchen was closed. OKAY why would you not tell us that when we sat down then??? She was very rude and I couldn't believe the way she approached the situation. I will literally never come back here again. Which is sad because I've been coming here for years. Y'all need to work on your customer service.
