Apple Genius??? NOT!!! Once again extremely disappointed leaving Apple Store... waiting 3hours to be told they have to send my watch in when The representatives that check us in should be able to tell customers this so they don't have to wait three hours to come back and be told in less than five minutes they have to send the watch and when it can be done at home. The only reason I went back in there was because I had AppleCare and was told by the last representative that watch could be switched out in store due to AppleCare. Wrong.(I felt like this could have delt with this in store but nope... poor customer service). PS super frustrating to see four and five Apple representative standing around when you're waiting three hours all Apple representative should be trained to do the same job it would lessen time frames of waiting and appointment times from being a week out. $100 for AppleCare,$69 for deductible=($169.00)or $229 and I could've walked out with the a New watch I'm not sure AppleCare is worth it.
