  • This hotel is anything but luxurious. I'm writing my review on here because hotel.com or Expedia did not accept my review on their survey of Best Western Mardi Gras. The reason why is that room I rented 2143 was infested with ants in the kitchen countertop. I asked for a different room but was denied due to a booked hotel. Then I ask for a discount on the room but was denied too because the room was prepaid through hotel.com. They sent staff to clean up the mess and said it was clean. That was a lie. More ants creeped out in the kitchen sink. In consolation, all I got in return from the hotel was two $2 off breakfast. This was a slap on the face not on the wrist. They could have given me two free breakfast. If I learned anything from this is you get what you paid for. I have to give the restaurant area 5 stars for delicious breakfast and service. The hotel staff I felt lacked training. Not only they pissed me off they pissed off my friend over miscommunication on a room. If you like to come to Vegas and be cheap about it this is your motel. It's not a hotel as they claim it to be.
