Horrible customer service from front desk. DVM's are great so far. One of the techs in the front, Jennifer, has a terrible attitude when answering customer questions.
The employees at the front desk represent the clinic, if they are unenthusiastic or bothered when customers have questions, then they need to find a different job or have further training in customer service. For instance, when asking about pricing, the front desk shouldn't tell me that their prices are expensive.
Not everyone entering the clinic is trained in veterinary medicine and some of the ladies at the front desk act like their time is being wasted when answering questions.
